Q. How long does it take for my order to be completed?

Our process generally takes between 2-10 days for single vision. 6-10
days for varifocals from the date we received the frames

Q. What is reglazing?

Reglazing is the process of removing the old lenses from your glasses
frame and replacing them with new lenses. This can be done to update
your prescription, change the type of lenses, or damaged lenses.

Q. How does the re-lensing process work?

We offer two convenient options for getting your frames fitted with new
lenses:

Option 1: If you already know the specific lenses you desire for your
frames, you can simply pay for them through our website. Once you’ve
already made the payment, we’ll send you a prepaid pack for you to
securely send your frames back to us free of charge. Upon receiving
your frames, we proceed to order and cut the lenses to perfectly fit your
frame. Once the re-lensing is completed, we package your frames with
the new lenses and send them back to you promptly.

Option 2: Alternatively, if you need assistance in choosing the right
lenses or want to explore our range of options, you can request a pack
through the designated “Request A Pack” section on our website. We will
promptly dispatch a pack to you, allowing you to return your frames to us
for lens selection and fitting process. Once we receive your frames, we
carefully analyse your requirements and proceed to order and cut the
lenses to match your preferences.

Whichever option you choose, our aim is to provide you with a seamless
and hassle free re-lensing experience, ensuring your frames are
equipped with high-quality lenses that meet your visual needs.

Q. Are there any restrictions on who you can supply?

Yes, we can only supply to people over the age of 16.

Q. What is your returns policy?

Our returns policy allows a 30 day window within which items can be
returned hassle-free, but must be reported within 14 days of receiving
your order. Upon receiving the frames, we will promptly swap the old
lenses back into the frame and return them to you. Please ensure to
send your old lenses along with returned items.

Q. Do you reglaze new frames?

Yes, we offer reglazing services for new frames. If you have recently
purchased frames and need new lenses installed, we are happy to help
with that.

Q. How much is postage and packaging?

Our postage and packaging costs are designed to be affordable and transparent. For UK orders, we have a completely free all round postage option. We also offer a next day tracked service which costs £10 for UK orders (This is only available for the postage back to you once the lenses have been fitted). For our international customers, postage costs start from £15. We strive to provide a reliable and reasonably priced shipping service to ensure your items reach you securely and in a timely manner. You are welcome to send your frames using your preferred postage service if you do not want to use our free postage pack.

Q. How do I provide measurements for varifocal lenses?

If your current frame already has varifocal lenses in them, you can
provide measurements by sending us the frame with the lenses intact. If
there are no lenses in the frame, we can identify where the
measurements should be by having you send us a picture with the
frames on. Make sure the picture is taken straight on, with clear visibility
of your eyes and the frame. The visual reference helps us determine the
proper measurements for your lenses.

Q. How do I provide measurements for single vision lenses?

If you have existing lenses in your frame, you can provide the
measurements by sending your frame with the lenses intact. If you are
using a new frame or don’t have existing lenses we will ask for a picture
with you wearing the frames. Make sure the picture is taken straight on,
with clear visibility of your eyes and the frame. The visual reference
helps us determine the proper measurements for your lenses.

Q. Do you provide prescription sunglass lenses?

yes we offer a variety of prescription sunglass lenses, including
polarised lenses, graduated and transitions lenses. We also provide a range of
colours to choose from to suit your style and vision needs. Contact us for
more information on our prescription sunglass lens options.

Q. Is there a fast track service available?

Yes we offer a fast track service that guarantees delivery within 5 days
for a small fee of £20. While this service often delivers quicker, if your
order takes longer than 5 days from when we receive them, you will get
a £20 refund.
